Hello all and welcome to another episode of our All Inclusive Adventures in Cancun. This time we are going to tell you a short story about our visit to Hotel Belo Isla Mujeres All Inclusive in which we stayed for a night with family that came for a short vacation.
We did a one night stay at this beautiful hotel located in the middle of Isla Mujeres looking to the west over the Cancun Hotel Zone and the Cancun Bay. But first let us tell you how we got there.
We were all staying in Puerto Morelos and we used Cancun Airport Transportation to get us to the Ferry to Isla Mujeres which is located in an area called Punta sam near Playa Mujeres, we got picked up at 8 am in the morning since we were first just going to spend the day but on the way there we decided to stay for a night and we started looking for options and after debating for a while we choose the Hotel Belo Isla Mujeres. This took a while on our way to the Ferry, a ride that lasts about 50 minutes.
Once we got to the Ferry terminal in Punta Sam which is actually called Gran Puerto or Ultramar Ferry Puerto Juarez (this is how you can find it on Google Maps) we paid for our round-trip ferry tickets (that you can use at any time, and lasts several days), and we just missed the ferry leaving so we had to wait about 25 minutes for the next ferry to leave, but it was a cool weather so no problem.
Once we got to the Ferry terminal in Isla Mujeres we headed to the taxi point right next to the ferry terminal and we jumped in a taxi that charged us $150 pesos and took no more than 10 minutes.
Check-in Process
When we got to the Belo Isla Mujeres, we were received with a good service and refreshing drinks with no alcohol for all, adults and kids, we just waited a little bit to do our check-in process and once we did it we were ready to enjoy the pool and restaurant. The room wasn’t ready when we got there (at about 1 pm), the check-in time is normally at 3 but you can start using the hotel prior to that.

We put our bathing suits and first went for some food since it was lunch time already. Hugo was our waiter at the restaurant by the pool and gave us the best service, we had chicken nuggets for the kids which they loved, and a hamburger and barbecue ribs for the adults, all with french fries.
The Pool area and beach
After eating our lunch with some beers and a mezcal to help us with out digestion, we went to the pool area to our long-chairs we already had reserved and spent must of the afternoon in it enjoying the swim-up bar with different cocktails and beers, the day was just great with the sun out there and a little breeze to cool us down.
We spent some time on the long-chairs doing nothing and relaxing for a while and then we took a little stroll to the beach and the dock right in front of the hotel and we took some pictures of the afternoon sun, not yet the sunset.
The Pool – Ocean View Room
We came back and picked up our belongings to go to the room and refresh our selves before dinner with the family (we hadn’t seen the room yet) It was a well spacious room with two double beds and a good size bathroom, the view from our room was to the pool but we still had some ocean view. We all took a shower and relaxed a bit in the room with the kids watching some TV. After that we headed out of the room to the restaurant for dinner.

We didnt really used the skybar or rooftopbar atthe Belo Isla Mujeres since we were with kids and it’s not the best place for them, but we went exploring, it is really nice and the greatest views, you have a bar that serves you all types of drinks (I got a beer) and also the best service, it has beds and longchairs you can use to relax or have fun, it has really amazing views.
Dinner at the 140° Restaurant
The 140° restaurant is open for lunch and dinner and when we arrived they assigned us a table asap. We started with some cocktails while ordering dinner for kids already, they got some pasta and they liked it a lot.
We ordered different options from the menu, we had a filet o meat that was really good, shrimps with vegetables that were gorgeous, a ceviche with mango in it with a lot of flavor. The dinner was a great experience for us and we had a really good service with two waiters just for us. After having dinner we spent quite a while at the restaurant having some drinks, among beers, wine and prosecco, having a blast with the family. Then we went to bed really tired.
Breakfast at Belo Isla Mujeres
Next day we woke up not to late… having kids does not allow you to do that, but after getting a nice waking shower we headed for breakfast, it was amazing… They have a fruit and yogurts buffet where you can start, and then order something from the menu, starting if course with a nice hot coffee.
We ordered chilaquiles for the adults with some chicken and eggs on top, and hotcakes for the kids, you really cant miss it with hotcakes for the kids. This was our last meal at the hotel since we had to leave early… because hurricane Beryl was arriving…
A Great Experience at Belo Isla Mujeres
Overall we had a great experience at the Belo Hotel Isla Mujeres All Inclusive, we did profit the all inclusive package and had a blast with the family and the great service they provided, we would definitely come bach to this Isla Mujeres All Inclusive Hotel.
