Hi Cancun All Inclusive,
We would like to thank you for all the recommendations you made about the
Aventura Spa Palace. We were on our honeymoon and we had such a wonderful time.
Our room overlooked the garden and ocean, it was such a breathtaking view. The
staff at the Aventura Spa Palace were friendly and very helpful.
There were plenty of excursion offered, we just wish we had more time to go on
all of them. The ones we did manage to take, were wonderful. We really enjoyed
ourselves at the Mayans pyramids and swimming with the dolphins. We had such a
great time, something we will never forget. Again thank you.

Just wanted to drop a note to thank you for your help in planning and scheduling
our vacation to Aventura Spa Palace. We wanted a vacation where we could just relax and not be rushed or
hurried to see everything. We wanted to be able to sit and read a
book by the pool all day if we wanted. We were thinking about the
Moon Palace because we had heard of it through friends. However,
when we explained the type of vacation we wanted, your staff suggested the
Aventura Palace. They were exactly right. We enjoyed the best vacation that
we have ever had. It was exactly what we were looking for. The
facilities are beautiful and we were especially impressed by the cleanliness of the resort.
We had never been to a hotel/resort that was so beautiful. The staff there were
so pleasant and always willing to help with whatever we needed. The
food was really good. We especially liked the Italian Restaurant,
and the breakfasts were good too. We always felt safe and secure.
We were totally relaxed by the time we left and were sad that we had to leave.
We took tons of pictures of the place and are telling all our friends about it and your
price seemed to be the best around.
As I said we can’t say enough about the Aventura/Spa Palace. It was wonderful.

I began doing research on potential vacation destinations
in the Riviera Maya area in early January of 2003. I found
www.cancunallinclusive.com by doing a random search on the Internet. I
called the toll free telephone number, and spoke with one of your travel agents
(name withheld). Your Agent was patient and informative. She gave us a plethora of
information on each of the resorts on which I was inquiring, and also gave me
her personal recommendations per my request.
She was magnificent. She was knowledgeable, friendly,
and prompt with all the information we requested of her. Her average turnaround
response time was less than one hour. There is much to be said about the
outstanding customer service that she provided us. For comparison purposes, I
called 3 other local travel agents, as we wanted to compare prices between
www.cancunallinclusive.com with other travel packages. I have yet to
hear back from ANY of the 3 local agents with whom I inquired over 2 months ago.
In closing, your Agent is an exceptional travel agent and
obviously very interested in going above and beyond for her customers. I give
my highest commendation to her and

definitely book through your company for our next vacation excursion. |

I wanted to thank you for the amazing vacation to the Bahia Principe Tulum.
Right from the moment we arrived, this vacation was everything we had hoped for
and more. The staff and service was top notch. Our room was clean and
comfortable and we had an incredible view of the pool and ocean. I have to say
that the beach was one of the nicest I have seen. There was great snorkeling
areas and even better swimming areas. The beach went on forever !!
We really enjoyed the food, especially at the Italian restaurant. I have to
say that I think I gained a few pounds though. Thank you for the recommendation
on this property and for the excellent customer service I received from
cancun-all-inclusive.com. We will definitely be using your services again for
our next trip to the Caribbean.

Just wanted you to know how much my husband and I enjoyed Aventura Spa Palace - the
facility is fantastic and the staff so accommodating. I took advantage of the
spa perks and Bill got in 3 rounds of golf. Thank you for being so perceptive
to our preferences and steering us in the right direction.
Bill played an 18 hole round at the Playacar Golf Club Palace, and he also played the 9 hole Puerto Aventura
course and it was $75 for 18 holes - he said not a bad course at all; It was
difficult to get information on this course because the Palace does not promote
it - understandably.

just got back from the Barcelo Maya Beach Resort. Had a great time. The people
were so nice, the food was good...it was a wonderful vacation. We would do it
again....thinking about next year perhaps one of the Barcelo Resorts somewhere

My son and I just spent spring break at the Barcelo` Maya resort in Mexico. Our
trip was wonderful!
Aside from the trip, the planning phase was made so much easier with the help
from the Agent (name withheld) at Cancun all inclusive. She helped with not only the booking of the
resort but with a service that got us from the airport to the resort and
visa-versa. She took care of the details that I wouldn't have known about, and
that made things so much easier.
The actual resort, Barceló Maya Beach/Caribe was a week of real enjoyment. We
were both so pleased with everything that the resort had to offer. From the
buffets of food choices to the nightly theatre, and the "disco" that my 17 year
old raved about. The beach was not only beautiful, but actually quite large, and
the pool areas back to back with the ocean.
The atmosphere was that of a family environment which made us feel very
comfortable.
The staff at the resort were very professional, and in my opinion made the
resort really "shine".
This was a big trip for us, and I'm thankful it was such a great vacation!
